Livingroom

 The living / dining room has a sofa (which could also be used as a bed for two persons), dining table for 6, a coffee table, arm chairs, Cable TV, Stereo System and a telephone. The Internet access is provided on request.  

Bedrooms 

 The first bedroom: has a large double bed and a sitting area having a sofa bed, cable TV and Stereo system and bed linen. The second bedroom: has a large double bed, spacious wardrobe and a safe. The babybed is provided on request. 

Bathrooms 

 Has bathtub and shower, wash basin, WC, washer/dryer, hair dryer and towels.  

Kitchen 

 The kitchen is fully equipped including electric range and oven, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee making machine, utensils and other necessary table ware and kitchen ware. 

Entrance Hall

 Entrance hall has a Spacious Wardrobe 

Terrace 

 Roof terrace: has also a dinning table for six persons. 

The Apartments are in a house with an elevator located at the Anzengrubergasse 7, 1050 Vienna, Austria. Public transport and a supermarket are within 100 meters. The apartment house is about 15 minutes pleasant walk to the Opera House. 
 
Our house is very conveniently located. Stations of tram "18" , "62" , "1" ,  tram badner bahn and Underground line "U1" are near the building. Hauptbahnhof (Train Station) and fast train stations (schnellbahn) "S1", "S2", "S3", " S15" are within walking distance.
 You can reach all points of interest in Vienna within 15 to 20 minutes by public transport. 
 
 Stephansplatz (the city center) and many other sightseeing places and cultural centers are within 15 minutes walking distance.
 
 In the neighborhood you find many shops, pharmacies, restaurants and coffee shops.
